2013 HHHOA Timeshare Policy on Yearly Dues
1. Yearly dues should be received by December 31. Dues will be considered late if they are received after January 31 and a $15 late fee will be applied. After January an additional late fee of $5/month will be added.
2. In the event a unit is 2 years or more behind on dues the board may take control of that unit and rent it out to try and to continue paying for ongoing expenses.
3. If a unit is rented due to delinquency the monies received WILL NOT be applied to the amount owed UNLESS the owner pays the amount due in full prior to the rental at which time the full rental amount will be given to the owner.
